I’m Hanif Tayub, born in Porbandar Gujarat and settled in Madurai when I was 2 years old. Studied in St. Mary’s High School. PUC in an American college. BBA in Thiagarajar college. Now Managing Partner in Tayub Mahomed Hajee Moosa & Co and Hanif Textile Mill. Yes, my family tree goes right up to Hajee Moosa the retail shop opened in 1878. Currently exporting and selling locally bags, garments, towels, and made-ups.

About Company
- Hanif Textile Mill was established in 1977. It was started by the Tayub Group of Madurai, started our business with distributors of Madura Coats and various other Mills and became stronger with an office in Mumbai.
- Subsequently, the operations were expanded to include wholesale and retail trading of textile in the Indian Domestic market.
- In order to strengthen the export base of the parent company, it was registered with Texprocil and AEPC in 1986 and started exports of Textile items.
- Today, we export a large variety of textile items and made-ups like Garment, Industrial Uniform, bags, dust sheets, towels, blankets, gloves and masks to counties like UK and USA.
- Managed by Mr. Hanif A.Tayub, a management graduate, with over 50 years of experience in business, out of which 27 years are in export field; liaised for an American Towel Importer; well versed in manufacturing procedure, quality control and audit parameters per AQL Level 4.
